"In the month of June, we sold about 90 houses and it is a record number of sales in a month,"
Mr. Qu, Sales Director of Yihe, brought the news to the press.

According to our understanding, the record sales was made during the Culture of Houses and
Cars Festival, and with the well-designed show-flats by Hong Kong famous interior designer,
Mr. Wong Kai Yin. On 11 July, Mr. Wong came to Yinchuen and did interviews with the press on the
subject of designs concerned with local designers. Mr. Wong stated that the design of a
house / apartment does not only aim at selling the properties; but to create an aesthetic
living environment. In general, the architectural lineaments should be simple and clear, the
exterior walls should be bright and simple-colored, and the skylight should be bright and let
in natural lights. In addition, the building should correspond with the natural environment;
thus giving a fresh and natural feeling, a way of life.
