Job Description

1 、Responsible to make plan for the overall control of the projects progress, and to monitor the works progress to meet time and quality demands.

2 、Responsible to closely monitor the working drawings that they are done according to design requirements; and make sure that clients will received a complete set of accurate drawings.

3 、Responsible to verify the detailings and their feasibility and to examine the explanation and accuracy of working / details drawing.

4 、Responsible to conduct in-house on-job trainings to improve the working skills, e.g. working drawings criteria.

5 、Responsible to perform site supervision to ensure the works are done according to the design of the project.

Job Requirement

1 、Tertiary / University graduate in Interior design or Architecture with 5 years or above working experience in the industry.

2 、Strong in monitoring and verifying projects, and able to provide budgeting.

3 、Relatively high management skills in site supervision and able to provide solutions to problems.

4 、Able to provide answers to various questions brought up in sites and offer support.
