Job Description

1 、Lead the decoration team to develop project planning regarding interior decoration; to monitor and control the quality throughout the progress; and to ensure perfect results.

2 、Liaison with the clients in every aspects of planning; and help finalise the decoration agreement.

3 、Supervise the placement of decorative items.

Job Requirement

1 、 At least 5 year experience in interior decoration / sourcing especially with strong design portfolio in hotel, club, luxurious residence, etc.

2 、Comprehensive knowledge of the relative markets, such as the different styles of furniture, fabrics and decorative artworks, including prices and their suppliers.

3 、Unique talent and competence in visual arrangement for furniture, lightings, window coverings, greenery, artworks and various patterns.

4 、Good design concept and understanding; able to identify different design styles and develop a design plans accordingly.
